Description:
No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 cup quick Quaker Oats
1/2 cup Jiffy crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Put the sugar, cocoa, milk and butter into a medium saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat, until it comes to a boil. Continue stirring constantly for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from burner.

After removing the mixture from the heat, stir in the vanilla, then the peanut butter, then the oats. (If the mixture doesn't feel thick enough for you, then you may add about a handful or two of more oats).

After mixing well, spoon out mixture by rounded teaspoons on to Reynolds Wrap. Let cool. Makes batch of about 25 cookies.
