Description:
Pretzel Salad
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups crushed pretzel sitcks
1 eight ounce package cream cheese
1 lb package frozen strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar (or more, if desired)
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 cup sugar
1 large package strawberry jello
Directions:
Melt butter. Put in 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix with crushed pretzels. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Soften cream cheese slightly in microwave and mix with cup sugar. Spread over the crust. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Put in frozen strawberries. Spread over last layer and chill.
