Description:
Sliced Potatoes with Bacon
Ingredients:
Potatoes (sliced)
Onions (sliced)
Bacon
Salt or seasoned salt
Lemon pepper or other seasonings
Directions:
Grease a casserole dish. Use the size that you need for the number of servings you want. In the bottom put a layer of sliced onions. next put a layer of sliced potatoes with skin on. Then place 2 bacon strips (olive oil can be used instead of bacon but will not be as tasty). Add seasoned salt or lemon pepper or any seasoning you like. Repeat layers until dish is full. cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until potatoes are soft.
