Corn
Ingredients:
Fresh corn on the cob
Butter
Directions:
Freeze corn on the cob by doing the following: Cook corn on the cob by dropping in boiling water and cooking about 10 minutes. Cool by putting in a double sink in cold water and alternate from one sink to another, keeping the water cold. Then spread on towel to cool. When cool, cut off cob and put in a freezer bag to freeze.

When you want to cook the frozen corn, thaw in the microwave briefly. Melt a stick of butter in a sauce pan and add water. Put the corn in the water and cook on low until tender.
