Description:
Chocolate Eclairs
Ingredients:
2 small boxes (3 1/2 oz) vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
16 oz Kroger whipped topping
1 box graham crackers
1 can Duncan Hines chocolate frosting
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk. let set for 10 minutes. Fold whipped topping into pudding. In 9 x 13 glass pan put 1/4 of pudding mixture and more graham crackers, then 1/4 of pudding mixture and graham crackers, etc. until all pudding is used. Put a layer of graham crackers on top. heat icing briefly in the microwave and put on top of graham crackers. Make the night before serving and put in the refrigerator.

You may use 1 package of chocolate pudding and 1 package of vanilla pudding and alternate layers.
