Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs (beaten)
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted oleo
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Mix in next five ingredients, then nuts. Pour into the unbaked shell. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 35 minutes.
